All personnel must:

Impartiality and Independence
Personnel must ensure:

- All potential conflicts are disclosed immediately
- No financial or commercial interests affect judgment
- Resistance to pressure from any party
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Confidentiality requirements:

- Use information only for authorized certification purposes
- Do not disclose client information without explicit consent
- Maintain secure storage and handling of sensitive data
- Comply with data protection and privacy regulations
- Return or destroy confidential materials as directed
Gifts and Hospitality
Policy guidelines:
- Do not accept gifts, favors, or hospitality that could influence judgment
- Nominal courtesy items of minimal value may be accepted

- Do not offer inappropriate gifts or inducements to clients
