Terms and Requirements

General Conditions

The following conditions apply to all organizations seeking or maintaining certification from Infinity Quality Company. Acceptance of these conditions is mandatory for participation in our certification programs.

Pre-Certification Requirements

Application Accuracy

All information provided in the application must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Any misrepresentation may result in rejection or withdrawal of certification.

System Implementation

The management system must be fully implemented and operational for a minimum period before certification audit can be conducted.

Documentation Requirements

Complete documentation of the management system must be available for review, including policies, procedures, and records.

Internal Audit

At least one complete internal audit cycle must be completed before certification audit.

Management Review

Evidence of management review covering all requirements must be available.

During Certification

Access for Auditors

Organizations must provide auditors with full access to facilities, personnel, documentation, and records relevant to the scope of certification.

Cooperation

Full cooperation with audit team and provision of necessary resources for effective audit conduct.

Nonconformity Resolution

Timely implementation of corrective actions for identified nonconformities within agreed timeframes.

Financial Obligations

Payment of all applicable fees according to agreed terms and conditions.

Post-Certification Obligations

  • Maintain compliance with applicable standard requirements
  • Permit surveillance audits as scheduled by Infinity Quality Company
  • Notify Infinity Quality Company of any significant changes to the management system
  • Use certification marks and certificates only in accordance with guidelines
  • Respond to complaints related to certified activities
  • Make claims regarding certification only within the scope granted
  • Inform Infinity Quality Company of any adverse publicity or regulatory action

Grounds for Suspension or Withdrawal

Certification may be suspended or withdrawn if:
  • Persistent or critical nonconformities are not resolved
  • The organization misuses certification marks or makes misleading claims
  • Surveillance audits are refused or obstructed
  • Financial obligations are not met
  • Significant changes affecting certification are not reported
  • The organization requests voluntary withdrawal
  • Regulatory or legal requirements are violated

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Infinity Quality Company commits to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information
  • Protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws
  • Use information only for certification purposes
  • Implement appropriate security measures
  • Limit access to authorized personnel only
  • Comply with GDPR and local data protection regulations
Acceptance of Conditions

By submitting an application for certification or continuing to maintain certification, the organization acknowledges and accepts all conditions outlined in this document and commits to full compliance.
